
Hi!
My name is Allie. I'm a mom of three, a wife, and a lover of cooking, traveling, paddle boarding, and working out. I had my son in August of 2021, my daughter in March of 2023, and my youngest baby girl in June of 2024. I know what you are thinking, "wow, they had kids fast!" And you are right. I had 3 kids in less than 3 years. Not exactly planned that way, but I am so happy God knew what we needed.
As you can imagine, 3 pregnancies and 3 C sections in 3 years is a lot on a body. Just like any pregnancy and birth! After my second pregnancy, I was determined to feel better. With everything I learned about recovery and fitness postpartum after my second, I was able to recover faster with my third. I wish I knew what I know now during my first pregnancy!
That is why I have created Balanced Mom Fitness! My goal is to help moms look and feel their best. I understand the time constraints that you have as a mom, and have designed my programs to minimize your time in the gym and maximize your results. I want to help bring balance back into your life!
