Banana Bread Protein Oat Pancakes

2 Medium, ripe bananas

4 Large eggs

1 1/2 cups oats

4 Tbsp oat milk

2 tsp. vanilla

2 scoops vanilla or chocolate Active Stacks dairy free protein powder

Instructions


Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.


Pour 12 round pancakes roughly 3 inches.


Cook on the stove on a low heat until bubbles appear and flip.


Add your favorite toppings and serve!


Notes

These pancakes are quick to make and freeze well making them a great meal prep option. You can pop them into the toaster from the freezer to heat up.
