Buffalo Chicken Dip
2 Cans of chicken breast
3 Light mozzarella cheese sticks
1/2 Packet ranch seasoning
4 Tbsp buffalo sauce
1/4 Cup shredded cheese
1 Cup fat free cottage cheese

Instructions
Chop up or pull apart 3 light mozzarella cheese sticks and drain 2 cans of chicken breast.
Combine all ingredients in a microwave or oven save dish. Microwave for 4-5 minutes until cheese is melted on top or bake at 375 for 20-30 minutes.
Let cool slightly and enjoy! This dip is great with some celery, simple mills crackers, chips, or on lettuce.
Notes
This buffalo dip is great to have with a wide variety of veggies. It's a great high protein, low carb food for fat-loss. I love to meal prep this with a bunch of chopped veggies to grab, heat up, and eat on the go or on busy days. This also freezes great!
