Riced Cauliflower, Quinoa, and White Rice
1.5 Cups white rice
1.5 Cups tri colored quinoa
4 Cups riced cauliflower
4 Cups bone broth

Instructions
Add all ingredients to your Instant pot and cook on high for 4 minutes. Let it naturally release for 10 minutes and then do a quick release. Fluff with a fork and serve.
If you do not have an instant pot, add all ingredients to the pot and boil on stove until cooked and fluffy, or follow directions on your rice cooker.
Notes
I love to make this with my meal prep to have on hand to add to bowls, salads, and soups! It stores well in the fridge and it freezes well. It is great to make in bulk and freeze half to cut down on meal prep for the next week. I love to add this to my meals in a fat loss diet to help up the fiber and protein content of any meal.
