Simple Italian Meatballs
3 lbs Extra lean ground beef, 96% lean
3 Eggs
3 Tbsp Italian seasoning
2 Tbsp garlic powder
2 Tbsp onion powder
1 Tbsp black pepper
1/2 Tbsp salt

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Put the ground beef into the bowl of a mixer stand or into a large bow with room for mixing.
Add in the three eggs and seasonings.
Mix until all combined.
Portion out and roll
Put into the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the center is no longer pink. Roll halfway through so that it cooks evenly.
Optional: turn on the broiler to high and broil at the end for some added color.
Let cool and serve or pop in the freezer for later!
Notes
I love to make meatballs and pop them in the freezer for meal prep. They are a great source of protein and are versatile. You can prepare them in so many different ways. Add them on top of some Banza spaghetti noodles or eat them on their own in a bowl with some marinara sauce. A high protein, low carb meal prep food great for any fat loss diet.
